About me

I began my training at the Tavistock and Portman and went on to qualify at The Gestalt Centre. I am a member of the BACP.

I have worked with Off The Record in Twickenham, providing counselling for adolescents and young adults, and with Cocoon Family Support facilitating groups for those affected by post natal depression. I have also worked at St Catherine’s school in Twickenham as the school counsellor.

I have worked with a broad client base presenting with varied issues and believe passionately in the power of an empathetic, supportive therapeutic relationship.

I have a particular interest in supporting parents and have set up The Parenting Clinic to provide a service that can be accessed by parents at any stage of their journey.
